Do you enable lab-tests at home?Yes, zarity enables at-home sample collection for most diagnostic tests. Just reach out to our team to check for serviceability in your area.

Do you have a clinic?Today, zarity doesn't have a physical clinic. Our doctor-led care team helps you manage concerns through teleconsultations & periodic monitoring. We also enable at-home collection for most blood-tests. However, we refer you to physical clinics/specialist as required medically.

Can I consult you in emergency?Currently, we only offers virtual care. Our doctors are available only during hours of the day just like a regular clinic. For emergency, we strongly recommend you visit a physical primary healthcare clinic/hospital nearby for any emergency needs.

I already know the ailment (diabetes, hypertension etc), should I directly join your program?We encourage you to opt for a consultation first. Your doctor at zarity will best assess your health to create your custom care plan.

I just need a diet chart, can I consult?We're not the right choice for you - if you're looking for just a good diet. You should consult us, only if you're looking to evaluate your current diet for deficiencies or if you got your tests done & you're looking to improve your parameters.
