Safe by design

We work alongside your oncologist, never instead of them.

The most common worry we hear is whether recovery care will clash with cancer treatment. It will not. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Your oncologist

Owns your diagnosis, treatment plan, and medication.

Chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and everything about treating the cancer stays with your treating team.

Zarity

Owns your recovery: physiotherapy, nutrition, coordination.

We rebuild strength and nutrition around your treatment, and adjust as it changes.

  • We never diagnose, prescribe, or change your medication or oncology plan.
  • Anything outside our scope is flagged straight back to your treating oncologist.
  • After your first consult, your clinician guides you on the next steps.

We are not an emergency or acute-care service. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact your treating hospital or nearest emergency facility. Our care team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

How it starts

The first step is simple.

  1. Book a consult, or join a programme

Book a baseline physiotherapy assessment or a nutrition consultation in the Zarity app. Or join the breast cancer programme or Tube-Feed Care directly.

  2. Meet your clinician

Either way, your first session is an assessment. Your clinician looks at where you are in treatment and what has become hard, and checks with your oncologist if your treatment calls for it.

  3. Get your plan

A programme, or sessions as you need them. If you started with a consult and then join a programme, the consult fee is adjusted against it.

  4. Start, in clinic and at home

Supervised sessions at our clinic in Koramangala, with the rest of your plan in the Zarity app.

Where your care happens

At our clinic, and at home in between.

Hands-on physiotherapy happens in person. Your care plan, reviews and messages with your team carry on in the Zarity app between visits.

In clinic

Zarity Recovery Clinic, Koramangala

Supervised sessions in a private treatment bay, and consults in a quiet room with space for a family member. By appointment.

  • A curtained treatment bay at the clinic with a treatment couch, a washbasin and a chair.

  • The consultation room at the clinic: a wooden desk, a clinician’s chair and two chairs for you and your family.

At home

Between visits, on the Zarity app

Follow your care plan, log symptoms and meals, and message your care team through Pings.

At home, a woman sitting on her sofa lifts a rolled towel to chest height while following her exercises on her phone, her daughter beside her.
The experts in your corner

Questions, answered

The things people ask before they start.

Which cancers do you support?

Breast cancer and head and neck cancer. For breast cancer, Stage I to III, there is a structured 12-week Onco-Recovery Programme. For head and neck cancer, you start with a physiotherapy assessment or a nutrition consultation, and your clinician plans your care from there. Lymphedema care is open to anyone with arm or leg swelling after cancer treatment.

Will this interfere with my cancer treatment?

No. We work alongside your oncologist and never change your treatment or medication. Everything we do complements their plan, and anything outside our scope goes straight back to your treating team.

Do I need my oncologist’s approval to start?

Not always. You start with a consult with our onco-physiotherapist or clinical nutritionist. If your treatment calls for it, we check with your oncologist before you begin.

Do I have to visit the clinic, or can this be done from home?

Both. Hands-on physiotherapy happens in person at our clinic in Koramangala, Bengaluru, and much of your nutrition, reviews, and coordination continues through the Zarity app between visits.

Still have a question this doesn't answer? and we'll walk you through it.
